Laila was born into the hospitality industry in the early 70’s and has grown up surrounded by the rich cultural heritage Bali has to offer. She is well settled here, and lives in Kuta, Bali with her husband and two school going children.

Laila studied Tourism at University and has a combined work experience of over 17 years in this business. The majority of her clients are repeat customers. In fact Bali Brother’s main aim is to try and improve on this by providing a superior level of personalised service throughout a customer’s stay in Bali.

She does this by being available at all hours to answer questions ranging from restaurant recommendations to the best placed to shop for specific items. Bali Brothers specifically handles select luxury villas and recommends places to stay at in and around Bali.

This service extends to include all related activities holiday makers might be interested to. Customised wedding packages are also part of her resume and can be arranged.

All the accommodations recommended by Bali Brothers have been personally inspected at regular intervals to ensure quality. Location, pricing factors, guest services, and cleanliness all form part of this process.

The services Bali Brother offers begins with​ guest pick up services at the airport, and this extends to all activities throughout their stay including but not restricted to water sports, white water rafting, sea walkers, side trips to Nusa Lembongan, tours around Bali, plus cruises around Bali.

Customised culinary packages can also be arranged so that families or couples can share memorable meals at specific locations around Bali.
